By downloading, accessing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the application.
Purpose of the Application
Three Realms provides fortune telling and astrology related content, including coffee fortune reading, tarot card reading, palm reading, face reading, and daily horoscope interpretations. All content available in the application is provided for entertainment and personal insight purposes only.
No Professional Advice
The content provided through the application does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or professional advice. You acknowledge and agree that any decisions or actions you take based on the content are solely your responsibility. Zemix Digital shall not be held liable for any outcomes, losses, or damages resulting from the use of the application.
User Eligibility
The application is not intended for children. By using the application, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use such services in your country of residence. The content provided is designed for a general audience and is intended for entertainment and personal insight purposes only.
User Responsibility
By using the application, you agree that you use the application voluntarily and at your own discretion. You understand that interpretations and results are subjective in nature. You also agree that you will not rely on the content as a substitute for professional consultation or advice.
In App Purchases and Virtual Items
The application may offer in app purchases, virtual items, or premium features. All purchases are final and non refundable except where required by applicable law. Virtual items have no real world monetary value. Virtual items or entitlements may be lost in cases such as account deletion, device change, or misuse of the application.
User Accounts and Data Retention
The application may associate user data with a device based identifier in order to provide functionality and prevent misuse. When a user chooses to delete their account, personal data associated with the account is deleted. Limited non personal technical information may be retained solely for the purpose of preventing abuse of promotions or repeated bonus claims. This retained information is not used for marketing or profiling purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, visuals, text, logos, and features available in the application are the property of Zemix Digital unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the application without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zemix Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Changes to These Terms
Zemix Digital reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
